Dr. Jay Kincannon is a staff physician and assistant professor of Dermatology and Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Dr. Kincannon graduated with a degree in zoology from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1985. His Internship in Pediatrics was completed at the University of Colorado School of Medicine where he also completed residency training in both Pediatrics and Dermatology. Dr. Kincannon received board certification by the American Board of Pediatrics in 1989 and by the American Board of Dermatology in 1993. Dr. Kincannon is a member of the Joint AAD/Pediatric Dermatology Liaison Committee, a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, as well as a member of the Pediatric Dermatology Society and the American Medical Association. Currently he is seeing patients at UAMS Dermatology Clinic, ACH Vascular Lesion Clinic and ACH Dermatology Clinic. His research interests include vascular and pigmentated skin lesions, birthmarks, and pediatric skin disease. |
